What do you need to know about your registration process? At the time of registering, questions can arise. But don't worry! Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions about reservation, payments, registration times... everything you need to know is on this page.
When should I register?
Four weeks prior to arrival is recommended. But keep in mind, the earlier you do it, the more accommodation options you'll have since they are subject to availability.
How can I register?

If you would like to receive your application by email, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you have filled out your registration form, please send it back to us at email@example.com.
At the time of booking, you must pay a deposit of EUR 210 (for programs in Spain or Cuba) or USD 250 (for programs in Latin America) in order to confirm your reservation. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or bank transfer. If paying by credit card, please include credit card details in your registration form. If you are sending a bank transfer, you must send us a copy of the receipt from your bank.

How can I pay?
There are two ways to pay:

We accept Visa or MasterCard, but not American Express. To make a payment, send us an email with the completed registration form attached.
When do I have to submit my final payment?
The latest you may submit your full payment is four weeks prior to arriving at your destination. If you book a course that begins in less than four weeks, the full payment must be made at the time of booking.
When will I receive confirmation of my reservation?
At the moment of receiving the registration form, we will confirm your enrollment in the course that you have chosen and we will send you a letter welcoming you to Enforex in no more than 2 working days. If you have not received any confirmation after 3 working days, please contact the reservation department of our central office and check if we have received your application form.
Along with your confirmation, you will also receive an invoice, which must be paid at least four weeks prior your course’s start date. Double check that all dates and details of you program are correct and that the invoice corresponds to the services you want to book.
Remember that any changes made after sending us your registration form may change the amount indicated on your original invoice (e.g. extra days, supplemental classes, etc.). You can speak to the Enforex advisor who confirmed your reservation to make any changes.
Is any instructional material included in the price of my Spanish course?
Prices do not include instructional material. At the time of registration, you will be asked to pay for the course material (€35). This price includes a book. If you change levels during your course, you will need to purchase another book specific to your new level.
What happens if I want to change my course / city / accommodation once in Spain?
Changes after arrival are free of change, and depend on availability. Inquire at your school about the options. You will only be charged the difference in price if there is one. Remember that you can combine courses in different cities free of charge.
