We will process the identification and contact details of our clients' representatives for the purposes of managing the contractual relationship we have with the legal entities they represent. If you are a natural person, we will process your identification, contact and financial data solely for the purpose of managing the contractual relationship we have with you.

We will process your image and in the case of having outdoor cameras or in the car park we will process the license plate of your vehicle.

For what purposes will we process your personal data?

Guarantee the security of property, facilities and people.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

The legal basis of the processing is the exercise of public powers to guarantee security.

How long will we keep personal data?

For a period of 1 month from their capture, except in the case of incidents, in which case they may be kept for a longer period until the end of the incident or until the recordings are communicated to the State Security Forces and Corps or competent authorities.

8.- ETHICAL CHANNEL

What data are we going to process?

In the event that you identify yourself, we may process the following data: name, surname, email, telephone number and the personal data of the third parties that you provide us with in the communication.

The data will be kept for the period strictly necessary to clarify the facts reported. In any case, after six (6) months, the data provided will be anonymised unless they are investigated in a different legal environment.

9.- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA:

Do we include personal data of third parties?

No, as a general rule we only process the data provided by the holders. If you provide us with data from third parties, you must inform and request their consent from those persons beforehand, or else you release us from any liability for non-compliance with this requirement.

And data on minors?

We do not process data of children under 14 years of age. Therefore, please refrain from providing them if you are not that age or, where appropriate, from providing data from third parties who are not of that age. ENFOREX ENGLISH FOR EXECUTIVES, S.L. is exempt from any liability for non-compliance with this provision.

What security measures do we apply?

You can rest assured, we have adopted an optimal level of protection of the personal data we handle and have implemented all the technical means and measures at our disposal according to the state of technology to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft.

To whom will your data be communicated?

Your data will not be transferred to third parties, unless legally obliged. Notwithstanding the above, your data may be communicated to the State Tax Administration Agency and to banks and financial institutions for the collection of the service provided or product purchased, as well as to the data processors necessary for the execution of the agreement, with whom we will sign the corresponding assignment agreement under the terms of Article 28 of the GDPR. No international data transfers are made.

What rights do you have?

• The forms can be submitted in person, sent by letter or by email to the address of the Data Controller, available at the beginning of this text.

• In the event that there is reasonable doubt about your identity, we will be obliged to ask you to identify yourself in order to comply with your request.

How long does it take to respond to the Exercise of Rights?

One month from receipt, extendable for an additional two months, provided that the exercise of the right requires it due to its complexity, notifying them in due time and form.
