A guide for your studies

Are you still looking for the best Spanish course? Here you have the information you need about our classes and the most important details ranging from university credits to the number of students per class to official certifications in Spanish. Read on!

How many different Spanish levels are available?

There are 6 different levels of Spanish at Enforex: Beginner (A1), Elementary (A2), Intermediate (B1), Advanced (B2), Superior (C1) and Proficiency (C2).

Will I receive a certificate at the end of my course?

A personalized Enforex certificate of attendance and completion will be issued to students who attend at least 85% of their classes. The cerificate will contain the name of the course taken, course level, number of hours completed, and the level achieved. The name of the school and dates of enrollment will also be included.

How many students are there per class?

The maximum number of students per class is 10 (average 5-6).

Are study materials included in the course price?

The study material is not included in the price of the course. The material must be paid upon registration (€35). This amount includes a textbook and different academic materials. If you change levels, you will need to buy other books adapted to that level.

Can I apply for university credits for Enforex programs?

We recommend you check with the language department of your university for details on how to obtain credits. In the event that a complete curriculum of our programs is needed, contact us at info@enforex.es and we will send it to you.

Can I access a Spanish university by taking any of Enforex's courses?

Enforex's PAU/PCE University Exam Preparation course helps you prepare for the exam you need to take in order to gain access to a Spanish university. You will also receive personalized assistance every step of the way during the university application process.

Enforex also partners with EduSpain, a company that can help you arrange access to a Spanish university. Contact us for more information.

Will I be able to meet Spanish students?

At Enforex Madrid you can take advantage of a free cultural exchange program with local Spanish students who are studying foreign languages in the same school.

What if I want to change my course/city/housing after arrival?

Changes after arrival at the destination, school, or program are free. Accommodation changes are free as well, but subject to availability.

What are the starting dates?

You can start general Spanish courses any Monday during the whole year, no matter what level you have. Some special courses start only on the first Monday of the month. The exam preparation courses (DELE, SIELE, Chamber of Commerce) have start dates that may vary depending on the date of the exam. We recommend writing to info@enforex.com for information regarding the specific dates.

What is the class schedule at Enforex?

The final schedule of your classes will be confirmed the first day after the level test. Classes are generally held from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Remember that the courses are scheduled in morning and afternoon blocks or groups, but we can not guarantee your placement in one group or another.

What is the first day of school like?

On your first day of class, you must go to the Enforex school at 8 a.m. You will receive general information about the school, the city, etc., and you will take an oral and written level test to ensure you are placed in the most appropriate class. If you have never studied Spanish you do not need to take the level test.

How do I find out my Spanish level?

On the first day of the course, students take a oral and written placement test. The results of this test will allow us to identify your level and place you in the corresponding group.

If I have any questions about my course, who should I contact?

At all of our schools there are professional and academic teams that will be able to help you with any questions, comments, or concerns. Our staff members speak various languages, so you can communicate in a language you feel comfortable using.

Can I take a vacation during my stay?

Yes. You can take a one week break for every four weeks of course. You must notify us at least one week in advance. (Students will be charged for their full stay at our accommodation, including breaks, in order to keep their reservation.) If you have applied for a visa to do your course, the vacation periods will depend on the rules of your visa.

Will there be teachers who speak my language?

To improve your learning, classes are taught in Spanish only. Experience has shown us that immersion is the best way to learn a language, as many scientific studies have revealed. However, our reception staff and our teachers speak several languages to answer any questions you may have and help you with any issues that arise.

Do you offer official exam preparation courses?

Yes. We have specific preparation courses for the DELE exam, the Madrid Chamber of Commerce exam, and the SIELE exam. Please note that test fees are not included in the price of registration and must be paid separately. If you wish to take an exam, please inform the members of our reception staff shortly after your arrival. The staff will advise you what type of exam is best for your needs and can help you with registration.

Can I have a private tutor, and how much do they cost?

Yes, we offer private classes in all of our schools. If you need detailed information, you can contact us by email at info@enforex.com.

How will my progress be monitored?

Your progress begins the first day with a level assignment test. Your teacher will record your work in class, participation in class discussions, and homework assignments. To pass to the next level, you must take another placement test.
