Shared Student Apartment Prices

Price includes: Bed linen (in Cádiz can be rented and in Málaga can be bought, approx. 25€), blankets, access to fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, shared bathroom, central TV, central heating and gas costs (except Málaga). Cleaning serivce is not included (only common areas once a week). No cleaning in Cádiz.

Extra day double room (max. 3 days): 35€ per day
Extra day single room (max. 3 days) 45€ per day
Cadiz & Pamplona: Double room only available for 2 students traveling together

High season Marbella: from June 13th to August 29th
High season Marbella: 40€ per week (double room), 70€ per week (single room)

Pamplona San Fermines supplement (July 4th - 17th): 100€ per week

Private bathroom supplement: 60€ per week (double room), 100€ per week (single room)
Note: No private bathroom available in Cadiz

Upon your arrival a deposit of 150€ will be required when staying in Shared flat – Student apartment. This deposit will be returned at the end of your stay provided there are no damages.

Shared double room (with another student in the same room): If you reserve a double room and there is not another student with whom you can share, we reserve the right to change your room at any time.

The accommodation is available from 12:00 noon (18:00 for Cadiz) on the Sunday prior to the first day of the course (Monday) until 12:00 noon on the Saturday following the last day of class (Friday). Those students who, for any reason (i.e. flight arrival), need their accommodation to be available before or after the above mentioned dates will be charged for any extra days needed (max. 3 days). The cost of an entire week will be charged to those students requiring 4 or more additional days of accommodation. Enforex does not guarantee the availability of extra days of accommodations.

Premium apartment price also includes: Private bathroom, daily cleaning and Internet access
Premium apartment must be paid at time of booking and in case of cancellation no refund or credit towards puchase of other products applies.

Private bathroom supplement: 60€ (double room), 100€ (individual room) per week
Extra day regular apartment (max. 3 days): 35€ per day in double room, 45€ per day in single room
Extra day premium apartment (max. 3 days): 95€ per day in double room, 105€ per day in single room

High season Tenerife: Carnival supplement (from February 7th to 21st): 55€ per week in double room, 95€ per week in single room.
