Most families live at no more than a 10-minute bus ride from the Spanish school. Families are middle class, but it's good to keep in mind that the Peruvian middle class standard is lower than European or North American standards. In other words, homes will be comfortable but by no means luxurious.
We carefully select kind, caring families who will encourage you to practice Spanish and get to know Peruvian culture. At the same time, students should be prepared to make an effort to adapt to the local customs and way of life.
