FAQ’s

Four weeks prior to arrival is recommended. But keep in mind, the earlier you do it, the more accommodation options you'll have since they are subject to availability.

• The quickest and easiest way to register is through our website. You can also download and print our registration form.
• If you would like to receive the application by email, please write to us at info@enforex.com. Once filled out, send it to registration@enforex.com.
• At the time of booking, a deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa/MasterCard) or bank transfer. If paying by card, please include the details in your form. If sending a bank transfer, you must provide a copy of the bank receipt.

Credit card

We accept Visa or MasterCard, but not American Express. To make a payment, send us an email with the completed registration form attached.

The latest you may submit your full payment is four weeks prior to arriving at your destination. If you book a course that begins in less than four weeks, the full payment must be made at the time of booking.

• Upon receipt of your registration form, we will confirm your enrollment and send you a welcome letter within 2 working days. If you haven't received confirmation after 3 working days, please contact our central office to ensure we received your application.
• Along with your confirmation, you will receive an invoice, which must be paid at least four weeks prior to your course start date. Please double-check that all dates and details of your program are correct and that the invoice matches the services you requested.
• Remember that any changes made after registration may affect your original invoice (e.g., extra days, supplemental classes). You can contact your Enforex advisor to make any necessary adjustments.

Prices do not include study materials. At the time of registration, you will be asked to pay for the course material. If you change levels during your course, you will need to purchase another book specific to your new level.

Changes after arrival are free of change, and depend on availability. Inquire at your school about the options. You will only be charged the difference in price if there is one. Remember that you can combine courses in different cities free of charge.
