The Youth Leadership Program is designed for motivated teens aged 14-18 who want to challenge themselves, develop leadership skills and gain an international perspective. The Youth Leadership Program takes place in Madrid in July at the modern facilities of the prestigious Francisco de Vitoria University. Over these two weeks, students participate in leadership training, Spanish language and culture classes, team-building activities, outdoor sports, cultural excursions and inspiring conferences in a safe and dynamic campus environment.

Participants stay in single rooms with private bathroom and air conditioning on a residential college campus in Madrid. The program includes full-board accommodation.
