We recommend registering at least four weeks prior to arrival. However, you have more accommodation options available to you if you enroll sooner. Accommodations are subject to availability and may fill up in advance, which is why the earlier you sign up, the better!
The easiest and quickest way to register is to send your information online, just click on the “Reserve now” banner that appears in the column on the right-hand side of the webpage.You can also download and print our registration form and send it back to us:

At the time of booking, you must pay a deposit of €150 EUR or $200 USD in order to confirm your reservation. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or bank transfer, please include credit card details on your registration form. If you are sending a bank transfer, you must send us a copy of the receipt from your bank. (You can find more details below about how to submit payment via bank transfer in the section “How can I submit payment?”.)

- Credit card: we accept payments by Visa or MasterCard but not American Express.
The full course payment is due at least 4 weeks before arrival.
Once we receive your registration form, we will send confirmation within two business days. It will indicate your selected course along with a welcome letter from our team at Enforex. After three days, if you have not yet received a confirmation letter, please contact our reservations department so that we can ensure that we have received your registration form.
Along with your confirmation, you will also receive an invoice, which should be paid at least four weeks prior your course’s start date. Double check that all dates and details of you program are correct and that the receipt indicates the correct program.
Remember that any changes made after sending us your registration form may change the amount indicated on your original invoice (e.g. extra days, supplemental classes, etc.). Speak to the Enforex advisor who confirmed your reservation to make any changes.
Prices do not include instructional material. At the time of registration, you will be asked to pay for the course books (€35). If you change levels during your course, you will need to purchase another book specific to your new level.
Changes after arrival are typically free of change, depending on availability. Inquire at your school to ask it the change is possible. You will only be charged the different in price. Remember that you can combine courses in different cities free of charge as well.
