FAQ’s

Accommodation runs from Sunday through Saturday. Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.

Subject to availability, students may book up to three extra days in the accommodation for an additional fee. If four or more additional days are required, the cost of a full week will be charged. Please note that all stay extensions are dependent on availability

In the student residence, you can choose between half or full board, whereas in shared apartments, students are self-catering. Residences also include weekly cleaning for common areas, which is not provided in the apartments

Kitchen access is not available when staying with a host family. However, both shared apartments and student residences feature fully equipped kitchens for student use

Half board includes two meals per day: breakfast and dinner. Full board includes three meals per day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Half board means that breakfast and dinner will be included, this cannot be changed. Students who wish to include lunch in their meal plan must choose the full board option.

If a student requires a certain diet we are happy to prepare special meals. While making the reservation, students must clearly specify their personal diet needs. Extra charges may apply.

Standards of living may differ from those in your country. Host families usually belong to the middle class or higher in their local communities, but the lifestyle may feel simpler than what you are used to. Keeping an open mind and being flexible will help you fully enjoy this authentic cultural immersion experience

Some families welcome only one student, others have the opportunity to receive two or three. Unless specified, students will not be placed in the host family with another student of the same nationality.

Double rooms only available when 2 or 3 students are traveling together.  In some cases we may be able to place you with another student, but we cannot guarantee it

Students are not allowed to use the telephone without prior permission, but they can receive personal phone calls at reasonable hours.

Families offer laundry service once a week. Student will not be able to wash their clothes themselves without prior permission. Ironing service is not available. The family will clean student's room once a week.

Enforex families live within a maximum distance of 30 minutes by public transportation or walking from the school.

Enforex student residences and apartments are in the city center and within a maximum distance of 30 minutes by public transportation or walking from the school.

Students have the choice between individual or double room and between half or full board. Bed linens, blankets, and towels are provided. Wi-Fi access and cleaning of the common areas are included in the price. The cleaning of the bedrooms is not included. Kitchen and laundry facilities are available.

You can choose between individual or double room. Bed linen and blankets are provided. Water, gas, and electricity are also included. No meals are offered, but all apartments have a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a common room with a shared TV, Wi-Fi, and laundry facilities. Students can wash and iron their clothes in the flat.
