We accept last minute registrations, but it’s better to register 2 or more weeks in advance. The sooner you register, the greater the guarantee/possibility that the accommodation of your choice will be available.

You can also send us en e-mail to email@example.com indicating all personal details (name, age, sex, contact details), the course and accommodation details (starting date, type, location, special requests). Reservations will be confirmed within 24-48 hours of receipt.
At the moment of registration you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 150 euros/200 dollars to confirm your booking, payable either by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) - indicating the card details in your application form - or by bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer please send us a copy of bank proof by fax. (Scroll down to see "How can I pay?" for bank transfer details).

- Credit card: we accept payments by Visa or MasterCard but not American Express. To make the payment please send us a fax to +34915945159 with the following information:
- credit card number
- expiration date
- amount authorised to charge
- the name of the student
- the name and passport number of credit card’s holder
- the signature of card’s holder
The full course payment is due at least 3 weeks before arrival.
Upon receipt of your registration form we will confirm your enrollment in the course you have chosen and send you a letter welcoming you to ENFOREX in no more than 2 working days. If in 3 working days you haven't received confirmation, please contact the booking department in our head office and check to see if we have received your application form.
Along with booking confirmation, you will also receive the complete bill for your program, which must be paid in full at least 3 weeks prior to the start of said program. Please check that all dates and details of the program are correct and the invoice corresponds to what you’ve asked.
Also, please keep in mind that any change you make after sending the application form may change the initial amount of your invoice (extra days, supplements, etc.)
Study materials are not included in the course price. You can buy your books at the school on the first day, once you know your level (35€). This amount includes one textbook and one exercise book. If you change levels, you will need to buy a new set for that level.
Changes after arrival of destination, school or program are free (except Cadiz & Pamplona) . Changes after arrival of accommodation will be charged 100 euros.
Please remember that you may combine the course in different cities of Spain without any additional charge if you arrange it before arrival.
