Airport Transfers in Latin America
Transfer prices vary by city, and some are included in the program price, so please check the Latin America price page. This service is not currently available in Cuba or in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
The following airport transfers are available:

| Costa Rica | San José airport to Coronado accommodation |
| Costa Rica | San José airport to Heredia accommodation |
| Costa Rica | San José airport to Flamingo Beach or Monteverde accommodation. One night bed & breakfast in San José on Saturday and shuttle to the accommodation in Flamingo Beach or Monteverde on Sunday. |

We will need all flight information including arrival date, time, airline, and flight number at least one week in advance to guarantee pick-up. For additional services from Lima or La Paz, we need this information at least 2 weeks in advance in order to arrange the airline ticket.
In case of flight delays, changes or cancellations, the student must contact the in-country host officer (listed on the confirmation letter) who is in charge of making alternative arrangements for those with flight delays.
