In the event of illness and/ or injury, I give my permission to be examined or treated in an appropriate medical center, as well as in doctors' offices outside of the medical center. In granting this permission, I also understand that information regarding my possible illness may be sent to other people.

Methods of Payment

Along with the registration form, a deposit of 350€ (to be deducted from the total) is necessary.

This payment can be made in cash in any of our local branches, by check made out to Enforex, by credit card, or with a bank deposit or transfer to the following bank account:

The remaining course fees must be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. Otherwise, the registration will be cancelled and no refund will be granted.

For programs for participants under 18 years of age, it is indispensable to provide the participant's passport (or other form of identification) number along with the Registration Form..
